- AishaHi, I'm Abidah. For years, I was the woman who had it all together on the outside - but inside, I was running on empty. I was exhausted, in pain, and overwhelmed. And like you, I tried everything. Nothing touched the root of the problem.

I focused on an area of tension during the breathing and Alhamdulillah by the end of it felt it was gone. I also felt really energetic after and got chores done.
